1. Introduction
Welcome to Nucleo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nucleo website, products, and services ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use our Platform. By using Nucleo, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Platform is intended for accredited investors and qualified founders, and we reserve the right to verify your status.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from using the Platform to engage in any fraudulent activity, to distribute spam, or to upload malicious code. All investment decisions are made at your own risk. Nucleo is not a registered broker-dealer and does not provide investment advice.
5. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Nucleo, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nucleo makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information on the Platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nucleo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Mumbai, India.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
